May 16: Pre-Workshop Conference
How has Lean Six Sigma evolved in healthcare over the past decade?
Join us a day early to dive into the strategic evolution of Lean Six Sigma and Performance Improvement. The day will consist of panel discussions with healthcare executives and industry experts sharing various organizational pathways that have focused on Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or other improvement strategies (e.g., Baldrige). Additionally, we will host a Hot Topics in Healthcare Policy session to review recent and potential policy changes in healthcare.
May 17: Annual Workshop
You have the tools, but how do you facilitate and engage others for optimal performance? This hands-on workshop will teach participants how to (1) facilitate change, (2) plan and lead kaizen or rapid cycle improvement events, and (3) engage physicians and team members in your efforts. The day will end with a panel of recent project successes and lessons learned led by hospital improvement leaders.
