A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a nationally-recognized certification benefiting professionals across all known industries.  J. Osley & Co.'s Lean Six Sigma certification is healthcare-focused, ensuring a thorough and practical understanding of all concepts.

To be eligible for certification, Green Belt candidates must complete the following:

(1) meet minimum class attendance requirements,

(2) successfully complete an exam in the required time frame, and

(3) apply concepts through an operational project.

 

J. Osley engages with organizations directly to host Lean Six Sigma certification courses via an organizational cohort, and timing can be adjusted as needed to meet the needs of the organization.
